Open Day offers insider look into prestigious French culinary education
ABU DHABI’s vibrant food scene is about to get a taste of France. On 17th June, École Ducasse Abu Dhabi Studio will host an exclusive Open Day from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Al Hosn Cultural Foundation.
This event offers aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts a rare chance to experience the school’s globally acclaimed teaching first-hand.
Visitors will explore world-class facilities and interact directly with culinary experts. A highlight of the evening includes a live cooking demonstration by the Executive Pastry Chef and Assistant Pastry Chef – showcasing the techniques and creativity embedded in the curriculum. École Ducasse’s legacy of excellence, founded by legendary French chef Alain Ducasse, is set to take centre stage in the UAE capital.

What’s on offer?
Two cornerstone programmes will be highlighted at the event: the French Pastry Arts Essential Program and the Culinary Arts Essential Program. Each is offered in both weekday and weekend formats, designed to suit varying schedules.
The weekday format begins in September and runs for two months, with classes from Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The weekend format is ideal for working professionals, starting in October for pastry and September for culinary, extending over six months, held on Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
